By using this website or submitting your information, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to the use of our services.

1. Services Offered

Affordable Housing (Gamebred Construction t/a Reliant Homes) provides full-title residential housing through pre-qualified bond applications. No rentals or rent-to-buy options are available.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a home, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Earn at least R20,000 per month (single or combined)

• Have all credit accounts up to date

• Agree to a bond application through our selected originator

3. Payments

You will not be asked for any upfront payments. Your bond includes all associated costs, including legal fees, architect fees, NHBRC certificate, and municipal connections. You only start paying once your home is complete and you have moved in.

4. Development Timelines

Project timelines are subject to site progress, municipal approvals, and financial approvals. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur outside of our control.

5. No Guarantee of Qualification

Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee approval. Final approval depends on financial institutions and verification processes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and layout, is owned by Affordable Housing and may not be copied or used without written permission.
